§ 55-10-409. Reports

(a) The results of any test authorized by §§ 55-10-405--55-10-412 shall be reported in writing by the person making the test, and the report shall have noted on it the time at which the sample analyzed was obtained from the person.

(b) The results of the test shall be made available to the person tested, upon request.
