§ 55-10-407 Admissibility of tests

§ 55-10-407. Admissibility of tests

(a) Upon the trial of any person charged with a violation of this chapter, the results of any test or tests conducted on the person so charged shall be admissible in evidence in a criminal proceeding.

(b) Failure of a law enforcement officer to request the administering of a test or tests shall likewise be admissible in evidence in a criminal proceeding.
